Pakistani skipper Babar Azam has been added to the course book of the Indian Certificate of Secondary Education (ICSE).
ICSE's course book page featuring Babar alongside some great cricketers of the world went viral on social media.
Babar's fans took notice of the book's page and called it the achievement of the world's top cricketer at the moment.
Here's their reaction:
The question of the book asks students to match cricketers with their nicknames. Apart from Babar, great cricketers such as Virat Kohli, AB de Villiers, Sachin Tendulkar, and Chris Gayle are also on the list.
Babar is currently the number one batter in ODIs. In T20Is, he is fourth and in Tests, he is fifth in the world.
The right-handed batter recently missed the T20I series against Afghanistan after Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) decided to give rest to main players. Babar alongside Shaheen Afridi, Fakhar Zaman, Haris Rauf and Mohammad Rizwan was given rest during the shorter format series.
Under the leadership of Shadab Khan, Pakistan lost three-match T20I series 2-1. Afghanistan won the series against Pakistan for the first time in their cricket history. Rashid Khan, who led Lahore Qalandars to Pakistan Super League (PSL) title for second consecutive year, captained Afghanistan in the series.
